As a dominant force in Human Capital Management with an industry-leading customer retention rate, YouEarnedIt amplifies company culture through its employee experience platform that delivers engagement, retention, performance management, and improved business metrics.
In January 2017, the company raised its $6.5 million Series A and used that investment to expand the team and product platform. By July 2017, the company’s headcount more than doubled and the expanded team set out to grow the product and sell into new markets.
The company hired a seasoned EVP of Sales in September to take the team to the next level. With aggressive goals for 2H 2017 and 2018, the sales team added over 140 new customers .
Since July 2017, YouEarnedIt added key product features to its robust engagement platform to prioritize the employee experience across the company’s customer network:
-In September, YouEarnedIt launched Insights, an enhanced analytics feature suite that brings enterprise-level analytics to businesses of all sizes. Insights pulls together relevant data to deliver actionable people analytics giving company leadership greater visibility into key culture behaviors as well as the tools to drive profitable business results.
-In October, YouEarnedIt enhanced its Surveys feature suite by adding an Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) to provide rapid feedback on employee satisfaction and overall company cultural health and upgraded its existing Pulse Survey and Custom Question.
-In June, YouEarnedIt launched Awards & Nominations enabling organizations to create, schedule, and run custom awards that highlight employees who reflect the company’s core values, business goals, or culture. With this simple, built-in feature, Awards & Nominations increases employee participation while eliminating the extra costs and hassles of traditional company award programs.
Meanwhile, YouEarnedIt knew that to continue making a positive impact on the lives of employees everywhere the company would need to fundraise. . In April 2018, YouEarnedIt announced a strategic partnership with Vista Equity Partners. The company is now part of Vista’s Endeavor Fund, focused on emerging, high growth companies with mission-critical enterprise software and data solutions.
With Vista’s backing, YouEarnedIt has further extended its product platform into the performance enablement market while growing capabilities across the organization. In July 2018, the company announced the acquisition of their competitor HighGround, a leading real-time performance management provider.
