Eva has been instrumental in shaping the destiny of some of Silicon Valley’s most iconic companies. At vArmour, a security leader with $83M in funding from top investors, she has established a new multi-billion-dollar security category, built a recognizable brand, and pioneered predictive analytics to drive growth worldwide. Eva’s influence extends well beyond vArmour, as an industry thought leader and mentor, from speaking at disruptive technology conferences, advising and investing in emerging cybersecurity companies, to mentoring women and future leaders.

Under Eva’s stewardship, vArmour has influenced thought leaders with insights on market dynamics, disruptive forces, need for a new category, and recognition for vArmour.

Eva has pioneered predictive analytics to drive growth worldwide and formulate company strategy:
-Launched a “capital-efficient” and “service-oriented” GTM model to reduce front half of the sales cycle from 10 months to just two weeks, increase pipeline volume tenfold, and increase customer engagement rate by 100%.
-Analyzed years of sales data to determine what attributes have the highest propensity to close. Developed a self-calibrating, adaptive and intelligent system to predict what deals are most likely to close - 70% of closed won deals come from the top tier, 30% from the middle tier, and zero from the bottom tier.
-Formulated product roadmap and investment strategy to align with the attributes that have the highest propensity to close.

Eva has more than 20 years of experience leading strategic initiatives and managing company telemetry to transform marketing to a revenue center, establish a new technology category and drive growth worldwide. Her innovation and leadership has been recognized with significant industry awards and patents (see attached files and links for full list of achievements).

Prior to vArmour, Eva transformed Citrix marketing with predictive analytics to increase annual pipeline by several hundreds of millions of dollars and maximize ROI of worldwide demand generation spend. ?

Eva also held strategic roles at BEA Systems, BroadVision and Oracle and launched digital business initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Eva holds a BS and a MS in Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
