Describe for the judges the activities and accomplishments of the nominated entrepreneur since the beginning of July last year (up to 525 words):

After winning the 2016 Asia Pacific Silver Stevie Award for Business To Business Services as a much needed service for SME's who do not have the skills to brand or brief a branding specialist, Lauren decided to reach a larger community of entrepreneurs and launched an entire suite of services to assist those who wouldn’t normally be able to access this level of expertise.

In June 2016 she developed, built and launched the Authority Rocket online program, and since July 1added over 220 new paid members, a 1120% increase, and is now delivering accessible Neurobranding expertise to those in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and Europe, withincreasingreach.

Since July 1 2016, the program included 14 Live Brandworking webinars and 12 Memberstraining webinars, 5 Online Workshops and 10 live workshops with over 100 new members added to the UBPers Members Only Facebook Group.

She also created and facilitated BrandSlam, a brand building event and program for SME’s to implement actionable improvements in their marketing, which sold out and encompassed a dozen brand and marketing experts sharing their knowledge in a fast paced, content rich format. Brandslam will now be evolved into an online event, enabling more services providers to access this vital tool.

Lauren created two strategic alliances in this time; one with leading Franchise Specialist Brain Keen, adding her branding services to his suite of training products and the other, in early 2017, when she partnered with publicity specialist Annette Densham to launch the Award Winning Accelerator. This attracted over 200 SME’s attending lunchtime events to learn how to enter, win and leverage awards to build a stand out brand.

This has now launched into a 6-week online program, culminating in an exclusive international tour, bringing entrants to the Stevie Awards in New York. In the following year it will expand to include specialist speaking events to promote awards for businesses to enter locally, regionally and internationally.

The Ultimate Business Propellor’s turnover increased 176% from July 2016 - July 2017.

To ensure SME’s and micro businesses haveaccess to leading brand advice, tips and strategies, Lauren generated over a dozen media interviews on radio, podcast, online TV and print media and posted 23 blog articles, averaging 2 per month guest posted for both printed and online magazines and has a strong social media following with a highly engaged audience.

Laurenspoke at 26 live events including international webinars, conference keynotes and leading masterclasses and was MC for charity and community events including A Day for Nadia domestic violence awareness, the launch of Care Calling Now, a community service for those who need care in their own homes.

She hosted the 5th annual Fabulous Fashion Fundraiser, raising funds to feed over 40,000 malnourished children with the Force For Good Foundation. She also volunteers as Secretary for the local Body Corporate andfacilitated a culture change with improved communication between all stakeholders.

Lauren has achieved all this as a solo operator and is now employing two new staff members to assist with administration and social media management.The goal for the following year is to affilaite the consultancy to help more entrepreneurs.

At 8 years old Lauren was told she had ‘word blindness’ and would never be able to read or write properly, yet shebecome a five-time bestselling author and Stevie Award Winning Neurobranding expert.

She has over 25 years in the brand management arena; working within world leading advertising agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, Clemenger BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather and Grey Worldwide, owning her own agency, and as Brand Manager for AXA Corperation.
