Describe for the judges the activities and accomplishments of the nominated executive since the beginning of July last year (up to 525 words):
“Scaling an experiential marketing agency is not possible without impeccable business acumen and savvy operational skills. Michele excels at both, but even more impressive is the size of her heart. Our team is very lucky to have such a great leader and mentor,” said Eric Murphy, Founder and CEO.
In 2013, when Michele Wiltshire arrived at Pop2Life as President and COO, she set her sights on growing and diversifying the agency and, since then, has increased business by an average of nearly 20 percent year over year. In March 2017, the agency’s dedication and hard work under Michele’s leadership paid off when Pop2Life was acquired by Condé Nast.
The work and diligence required during an acquisition process can be very disruptive, especially to a small-sized organization. However, Michele successfully oversaw the completion of complicated acquisition requirements while ensuring the daily operations of the agency ran smoothly, never compromising Pop2Life’s “go beyond” mantra. Michele’s careful orchestration of the process guarded the unique culture that Pop2Life was built upon while she actively guarded and promoted our 30-person team during our integration into a new multi-thousand employee corporate environment.
Today, Michele is Managing Director, Pop2Life: A Condé Nast Agency and Head of Experiential Operations, 23 Stories. In this new role, she remains unwavering in her commitment to champion her employees, who, in this new environment, are already setup to broaden their career horizons.

Our alignment with 23 Stories, Condé Nast’s branded content studio, allows us to provide a new, 360 degree offering enabling us to grow our existing business while actively pursuing opportunities that we were unavailable prior.

As Managing Director of Pop2Life: A Condé Nast Agency and now Head of Experiential Operations, 23 Stories, Michele Wiltshire brings her experience producing unique branded and social experiences to the forefront. Pre-Pop2Life, Michele used her ability to herd cats and pull rabbits out of hats to produce star-studded events and Grand Openings for global luxury resorts, casinos, and hotels. As Kerzner International’s SVP of Special Events & Entertainment, Michele produced the Atlantis LIVE concert series, the Miss Universe Pageant, the Battle 4 Atlantis, and oversaw all on-property television and film productions including “Casino Royale” and “The Other Woman.” When she’s not crafting ways for global brands to connect in meaningful ways, you’ll find Michele hunting NYC for the perfect Manhattan.
