In up to 525 words, tell the judges about the nominated campaign: its genesis, development, planning, commission, and performance to date:

When eight healthcare companies came together as one brand and company, our two-person, all-female marketing team faced the challenge of building brand awareness of the new name while ensuring the decades of experiences the companies possess was still showcased. Our main objective: Increase brand awareness while supporting our company purpose of transforming the health of the community, one person at a time.

Envolve unifies medical management, care management and coordination, specialty pharmacy, PBM, vision, dental, behavioral health, wellness, health education, 24/7 nurse advice services, and back-office services such as data, analytics and IT solutions. Because unifying so many services is a relatively new concept in our industry, in addition to the brand awareness challenge, we also needed to ensure that audiences understood that we offered a variety of healthcare services.

To support the launch of the brand and the PR strategy, the two-person in-house marketing team developed animations as an extension of the health observance-related news releases that were already being created. The goal was to create shareable content for social media, bringing the words of our news releases to life and facilitating audience engagement.

Our approach was to push the animations out via our social media channels, as well as use them at appropriate community events and industry trade shows. When pushing through social, we link to our website to increase traffic, deliver further education about the company/services and drive potential leads to the contact form.

The results below are reported on the first 14 animations in the series. In only 10 months, the campaign has already achieved impressive results, and Envolve has been able to showcase its family of healthcare solutions and grow its presence in social media:

Because the all-female, two-person, in-house team produced the creative, they were able to save the company the agency cost of $10K per animation – resulting in savings of $140K. The only investment for the creation of the animations was the team’s time.

Theanimationsposted have helped us continue to increase our YouTube channel views, which are nearly a total of 4,600 views for the 10 months measured.

The leadership team across the combined company has been very pleased with the production and results of the animations. In fact, two more animations have been produced and eight more are scheduled for creation.

On average, the animations are watched 82% through, which is 7% better for animations of the same length, per YouTube statistics.

The animations have contributed to a continual increase in social media performance including continued audience growth:

Facebook – audience grew by 2.5 times
LinkedIn – audience grew by 6 times
Twitter – audience grew by 4 times
Publishing of the animations have directly correlated to a continual increase in user engagement for our various social channels
