In the more than 5 years since Monica Gomez founded The Concierge Club, she has grown the company to become Canada’s leading event production and staffing agency. Offering a wide range of services including event staffing, premium vehicle promotion and event planning, The Concierge Club ensures production of all of their clients visions to an extraordinary level. Through her strategic business acumen and industry expertise, Monica led The Concierge Club to become a national multi-million dollar success in just five years.

With a detailed eye for design and curating memorable experiences, Monica has been the brains behind lavish parties for Canada’s elite, including popstar Justin Bieber. Her endless connections with industry suppliers has made her equipt to staff events with top talent; Monica could get Alec Monopoly to perform his live graffiti art with a single phone call - he was the feature artist at the Concierge Club 5th Anniversary Party in 2018. Monica’s events prowess has abled her to secure long-term partnerships with top brands such as Cadillac Fairview. In this partnership, Monica sets out to elevate the consumer shopping experience with on-trend stylish, innovative and interactive activations. She re-envisioned traditional holiday gift wrapping with “The Gift Wrap Valet” experience, giving consumers a pleasant and quick service amidst the busy holiday season. She also created “The Home of Team Canada” offered communities across Canada a place to gather and enjoy the Olympic games together.

As a natural leader of her team, Monica ensures her staff are inspired which she believes the key to their success. To Monica, acknowledging your staff and showing your appreciation makes the team work harder and stay dedicated. Because of this, Gomez is closely involved in the hiring process to ensure the team works well together.

Driven by her fierce entrepreneurial spirit, in 2018 Monica has diversified her business portfolio by investing in real estate and becoming a venture capitalist to support other start-ups in the industry. By enhancing her investment portfolio, she hopes to give back to like minded businesses, support female entrepreneurs and expand her business offering.

In addition to executing standout events, Gomez ensures charitable endeavours are always top of mind. Monica and The Concierge Club have dedicated significant time fundraising for SickKids Hospital in Toronto, as a result they received a plaque on the SickKids Donor wall in recognition of their significant contributions of $50,000. With a strong passion for working with women, Gomez partnered with a local women's shelter, Yellow Brick House, in March 2018 to host a day of pampering and career coaching at a luxury spa in Toronto. In addition, The Concierge Club launched a fundraiser with the goal of raising $5,000 to support the women and children of the shelter. After less than one week, the goal was surpassed and Concierge Club raised the goal to $7,500.
