Throughout 2016, USHEALTH Advisors continued to drive its growth trajectory by staying focused on helping and serving customers with an insurance product portfolio designed especially for Self-Employed Individuals, Small Business Owners and their families. The independently contracted Sales Agents and Leaders that comprise USHA’s Captive Sales Force are driven by an inherent desire to provide exceptional products and personalized service to their customers. In doing so, they fulfill our company’s mission of HOPE (Helping Other People Everyday).

The USHEALTH Advisors National Agency Team works collaboratively with our Field Force to create truly affordable insurance solutions for customers who purchase during the Affordable Care Act (ACA) open enrollment period; for other customers who are exempt from mandatory ACA coverage, and even for customers who have missed the ACA annual open enrollment period or, who simply chose to not purchase ACA coverage and are looking for a different and perhaps more personalized answer to their healthcare needs. The USHA Field Force keeps the company apprised of changing market dynamics and the company responds with new and innovative product solutions to meet evolving market demand.

The company’s exclusively designed insurance plans are targeted to meet the customer’s need for affordability and flexibility during and outside of the ACA open enrollment period. Affordability is achieved by giving the customer the choice to purchase only the scope of coverage they currently need, while healthy. But, while affordability is important, we never compromise on coverage. To achieve the right balance of both, we built incredible flexibility into our products, thereby allowing customers to increase their insurance benefits at any time they choose. Customers who choose to increase their coverage generally do so in response to a change in their health. This uniquely upgradeable product concept, combined with the power of the USHA Sales Force has driven ever-higher sales volume for the company. New records have been set for every measurable sales metric, including Weekly Sales Volume, Annual Sales Volume, Weekly Number of Selling Agents and Average Sales Volume per Selling Agent. Along with this record-breaking growth, USHEALTH Advisors and our parent company, USHEALTH Group, Inc. has consistently delivered on our promise of providing unmistakable value and choice for our customers.

Our year-over-year success can be traced to a variety of contributing factors. Most notably, between July 2015 and June 2016 the company increased its number of Selling Agents by 41%. Even more impressive is the fact that a large portion of our Field Sales Force is relatively new to the industry yet, they have successfully increased the average number of sales per Agent by 8%. This improved Agent effectiveness has resulted in a 59% increase in the number of submitted health policies for the same time period.

As evidenced by our year-over-year sales growth, USHA Agents are calling attention to our products with more and more customers in the individual health insurance marketplace. In turn, our customers clearly recognize and are drawn to the value proposition our products provide, creating an even stronger desire for our affordable and flexible coverage solutions. The combination of these dynamics has resulted in remarkable growth for USHEALTH Group, Inc. and has ultimately delivered multiple records for Annual Sales Volume and a 1,093% share price increase since 2010. Such exponential company growth would not have been possible without the unprecedented efforts put forth by the men and women of the USHEALTH Advisors Agency Staff and its Field Sales Force.
