Our dedicated online sales team understands that once the visitor arrives on our website, it is our job to offer them a superior shopping experience worthy of transforming them from visitor to customer.

We understand that today’s shopper does not solely base their purchase habits on lowest price, therefore we are focused on not only providing the lowest prices in the industry, but also on the overall shopping experience from inception to purchase.

-The Ecommerce department worked diligently to optimize each page of the website to ensure that pages were loading quickly (3.57s each) during the visit. This number is in the top tier of website page load times for ecommerce sites with the number of products that we showcase.

-We have harnessed the power and technology behind behavioral marketing to offer each customer a uniquely tailored experience, ranging from the products they see based on real time behavior, to the type of promotions we offer based on interest modeling.

-Our team has reviewed, modified, and tested the way in which the new web system is displayed and operates in browsers of different sizes as well as it’s responsiveness on different device types (mobile, tablets, etc), providing a seamless cross-device experience for all customers.

Payment has expanded its payment options to include PayPal express checkout to expedite the purchase process.

Lead Generation and Nurturing

-The sales and ecommerce teams have wholeheartedly bought into the system of cooperative learning and solution building. Through a regular dialogue between the sales and ecommerce team, we can address common concerns, objections, and questions in a meaningful way. By understanding the nature of inbound phone calls and through the analysis of online ordering patterns, we maintain the right amount of inventory leading to a 97% fill rate.
