Having been established in Umraniye with the shopping mall and 4 office towers, Buyaka serves its customers since March 21, 2012. Buyaka is located in one of the most recently developed areas of Istanbul and is situated in an area where there are many offices and residences of domestic and international companies. Since its inauguration, it provided an important added value to the area both by attracting business world and as an attraction point for the people who live in the residences. Buyaka presents quality shopping and comfort together, and visitors can have easy access to it by their cars or public transportation. Buyaka distinguishes itself with its modern and unique style in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul thanks to its 32.000 m2 leasable area and its office towers which host 7.000 white collar employees.

It created a dynamic and everlasting understanding with fashion, entertainment, terrace café and fast food areas and with 165 well-known domestic and international stores in its brand mix.

Buyaka benefits from the advantage of being an essential visiting center during week days for white collar employees since there 4 office blocks within the area as well as being situated in one of the most rapidly housing areas of Istanbul. After the inauguration in 2012, it established its own strategy and formed its loyal customers adopting a continuous quality perception for visitor population. One of the reasons of this success is that Buyaka proved an innovative stance before its 5th anniversary having pioneered and initiated many things in terms of Marketing Communications. The perspective has never been one dimensional but the efforts made were for R&D works on cleaning, brand mix, visitor comfort and marketing. These works proved their accuracy with the achievement it brought along in years. However, it is also comprehended beside all these elements which provided success that the high performance and motivation of store employees are necessary as the most significant component of the work and as a precondition for sales in real terms. In line with this conclusion, Buyaka Academy project came out as an idea.
