    At GAC Dubai, Trevor Stamp, General Manager, is much more than a department head—he’s a mentor whose guidance has transformed careers and created a culture of learning and growth. With a unique ability to inspire, nurture, and empower his team, Trevor has become a crucial figure in developing future leaders in the logistics industry, earning him to qualify for a nomination for Most Innovative Mentor of the Year.

    Trevor’s mentoring philosophy is rooted in a belief that people flourish when they are given opportunities to discover their strengths, learn from their challenges, and make impactful decisions. To bring this vision to life, he created the GAC Future Leaders Mentorship Program. This program matches emerging talent with experienced leaders within the company, providing a structured yet personalized mentorship experience. Trevor’s program goes beyond typical training sessions, incorporating hands-on projects, one-on-one coaching, and leadership shadowing to help mentees gain real-world experience and confidence. Mentees often credit the program for not only equipping them with technical skills but also fostering leadership qualities that set them up for future success.

    Trevor’s mentorship style emphasizes personalized development plans, where he works closely with each mentee to identify their unique strengths, areas for improvement, and career goals.
