ChannelEngine simplifies the complexity of managing marketplaces globally by providing a platform between the seller and the marketplaces and offering a global partner ecosystem. Our platform is user-friendly, our team is data-driven, and we already have an international presence (with offices in Leiden, Munich, Dubai, Singapore, Melbourne, New York, and Toronto).
-Connecting all the 200+ channels and keeping them up to date was challenging. Still, we overcame this by setting up a development team and project team solely responsible for adding new channels and updating existing ones. The technology has had over 7 years to develop, mature, and be ready for this scaling phase. In 2022 we have extended our product to incorporate more than 65 new sales channels worldwide. This includes selling on TikTok, which offers e-commerce brands a new, potentially incredibly lucrative, and vastly unique channel to explore.

Competition Statistics:
We have added extensive statistics of the competition on specific products which allow you to see who the exact competitors are, which prices they are using, how many times our customers win the buybox and what the average difference in price is.
Advanced Repricer:
With the new functions in our repricing tool, our customers can automatically adjust prices in multiple scenario's and make sure that they will always sell products with the best prices and margins based on the set-up our customers have ChannelEngine offers the option to 'reprice' the products on several marketplaces based on competitor prices. Our sellers have 3 possibilities to 'target' their repricing: Target lowest competitor, Target Buy Box, or Target fee reductions.
Translation tool:
As many of our clients make sales across multiple European countries, it is required to supply the listings in different languages. To facilitate this requirement, ChannelEngine offers the option to translate source information by using external automated translation services such as Google Cloud Translate, and Deepl.
Product bundles:
Our clients have the option to create offers made up of multiple products. They might be of interest to certain customer groups, cover a specific product area, or offer something completely new. Single-SKU offerings are a valid practice for competitive pricing and a great technique to differentiate from competitors.
Stock management over multiple locations
We extended our stock management capabilities so our customers can manage their stock over multiple locations. With the flexible concept of routing rules, a customer can easily configure stock from different locations to be synchronized to various sales channels. Every order includes a fulfillment recommendation based on the configured routing rules for a more straightforward process. Next to routing, the concept also consists of a configurable fallback mechanism to fulfill from a different location in case the sales of a specific product exceeds the customer forecast.
