We have developed a Mobile Application, replicating our Client Portal Applications as well as our User Portal applications, thereby bringing Users are able to accomplish their task by working remotely in this COVID situation, without any impact on the deliverables and commitments towards the Vision 2030 goals and NIDLP Programs.

Mobile Application Launch with all features present in the Client portal to suit Client Requirements. This Mobile application supports Android as well as IOS with+50 services and the User Satisfaction is Android 84% and IOS 88%.

Clients can now access the Client portal and submitany Amendment requests and receive the update on their request. Let us analyze each service which can be accessed through this mobile application .

The registration page is accessed from the login screen. New users can register to SIDF through this screen. The various pages or steps involved in the registration process.. The forgot password page is accessible from the login screen. The users can reset their passwords periodically to ensure security or in the event of not remembering the password.

Short statistical information about the selected profile will be shown in cards in dashboard. The users can access all the other pages of the application from here. The users can directly access the My Profile page from dashboard and changes selected user profiles from the bottom action sheet.

The My Loans tab of the client app shows the project and loan details of the selected profile. Users can access additional actions to a particular project or loan by tapping on it. Users can tap on the project name to view details about the project / tap on the project details area about a particular project or loan.

The amendments page can be accessed against a particular project/loan in the My Loans tab. The users can view amendments details and create a new one in this page. The user can tap on the plus symbol in the top right corner to add an amendment. The user need to choose an Amendment type from the page.It will redirect to another page where user can fill description and attach files To attach images and documents users can tap on the attachment symbol .

The insurance page comes after the amendments in the actions page of a particular project. Users can view insurance details in this page shows the list of insurances against the project. Users can view the full details of an insurance by taping on the Policy No shown.

The claims page can be accessed from the actions page displayed against each loan details in the loans section of the My Loans tab. Users can view claims details from this page.

The Balance Confirmation Letter page can be accessed from the actions page of the loan details in the My Loans section.

Users can view BCL details and download a BCL against a particular date as well shows the home page of the BCL which shows the list of Balance Confirmation Letters. Users can download a BCL by tapping on the download icon

The services tab shows all the available service to the user. Users can access each service by tapping on it. The service accessed will be opened as a new page.

The Non-Borrowing Certificate service can be accessed from the services tab. Users can view and download NBC from his page. To download a NBC against a particular CR number and date, users can tap on the download symbol.

The preliminary request service can be accessed from the services tab. Users can view PRQ details in this page.

The loan request service can be accessed from the services tab. Users can view loan details in this page.

Users can view the raised claims and create new ones in My Cases.
