Nomination Title: Vodafone Turkey - Covid 19 External Communication Activities

Within the external communications strategy, after the first case of COVID-19, Vodafone Turkey:

* provided 6GB free internet support to the students for remote education platform EBA .
*identified free 5GB internet and 500 minutes speech right for public healthcare employees .
*announced that we identified 6GB internet right for BTK Akademi.
*Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoglu announced on April 24th that 1 GB free internet to be provided by operators in Ramadan.
* wedonated TRY 10M for Biz Bize Yeteriz campaign.
* we announced free SIM card delivery service for 65 aged and over , tablet delivery for elderly people staying at the nursing homes.
*We provided phone-repair service at home for customers who are not leaving home due to the pandemic and advantageous shopping facility on istegelsin.
*The data upload speed of fiber household customers was increased 4 times for free.
*Vodafone TV opened all of its contents at all packages for 2 months.
*30% additional support was provided for individual customers who purchase smart phone in case of pre-payment by offering both cash and installment payment flexibility.
*In order to raise social awareness against coronavirus pandemic, “#EvdeKal” hashtag took place in Vodafone’s customers’ smart devices as the operator name instead of “vodafone TR” in a certain period of time.
*The users who don’t have Vodafone Home Internet were invited to benefit from Vodafone home Internet privileges with the price starting TRY 44.90. Limitless home internet was offered for mobile post-paid customers with a TRY 5 discount, TRY 10 discount for Red customers.
*When all individual and corporate customers abroad wrote “Red” and send it to 0090542704800, they were called free by the Vodafone Call Center. The customers were also able to call the consular numbers and the Consular Call Center number 00903122922929 belonging to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for free.
