Egyptian Cabinet Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC)

Founded in 1985, the Egyptian Cabinet’s Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) stands as one of the distinguished think tanks in Egypt. Its main task is to support decision makers with regard to economic, social and political issues. It also organizes seminars, conferences, workshops and training programs.

In the inaugural Middle East Stevie Awards, The Cabinet, Information and Decision Support Center (IDSC) of Cairo won a 2020 Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Technology Management, Planning & Implementation for their At your service Mobile application.

"At your service" is an application that gives citizens privacy in dealing with various Egyptian government agencies, for inquiries, directories, notifications, and the unified government complaints system headed by the Council of Ministers

With the At Your Service app, citizens can inquire about various government services directly and receive a direct answer or search among commonly asked inquiries. Notifications are also sent to application users to inform them of the various government activities and services and developments therein, and to allow their participation through social media and various applications.

Citizens’ complaints are dealt with through an integrated management system based on best practices and international specifications and address citizens ’complaints effectively and efficiently, by receiving, examining and directing all complaints and responding to them electronically.

With the At Your Service App, the IDSC enhances relations with different ministries and government authorities, and opens communication channels with the public to measure the society’s attitudes towards national issues, and improve the performance of all government agencies.
