Kifaya Thallam of Dubai, United Arab Emirates is an expert in organization design and human resources transformation with the UAE’s Ministry of Infrastructure Development. She is also a mentor and active speaker at HR summits and conferences in Europe and the Middles East.
In the inaugural Middle East Stevie Awards, Kifaya Thallam won the 2020 Gold Stevie Award for Innovation in Human Resources Management, Planning and Practice for her innovation in organization design, the ‘B Model’.
In 2018, Kifaya developed the “B model”of organizational design. The B-model helps organizations to design and implement an operating model that translates strategy into effective execution, to deliver results. Following the B Model, design teams can assess the current state, identify gaps, and develop a design that aligns the elements of Strategy, Governance, Structure, Management Process, People, and Technology to achieve an organization’s goals .
