Designed with monthly onboarding cycles, this program ensures a consistent and engaging experience for each new employee.
Conception and Development
The program was developed to enhance employee experience through innovative technology, addressing the hybrid work model by bridging the physical gap between remote and on-site employees. Key features include automated digital communications, personalized content, and interactive technologies. Our automated system dispatches personalized emails, training assignments, and follow-up messages, guiding new hires through a structured six-month journey. This innovation not only improves time efficiency but also fosters an immediate connection with Turkcell from day one.
Planning and Execution
Each program element is carefully planned to create a smooth and meaningful experience. During the six-month orientation, employees undergo digital and face-to-face training at key intervals—first day, week, and month—ensuring consistent touchpoints. In their first month, new hires attend a face-to-face event that features a “festival area,” designed for immersive learning and team engagement. Here, employees explore Turkcell’s products, like Fizy (music app), BiP (messaging app), and TV+ through hands-on interactions. Each station fosters team-building and cross-functional networking, adding a unique interactive layer to the orientation.
Interactive and Experiential Learning
Experiential learning plays a crucial role in the program. Through various interactive sessions, employees gain direct insights into Turkcell’s innovation and quality. VR-based games allow them to explore Turkcell's environment in a simulated universe, building camaraderie and organizational pride. An AI-powered photo booth enables them to capture memorable moments from the event, adding both a digital and personal touch.
This immersive experience extends beyond the festival; in the following months, employees participate in voluntary sessions, such as visits to Turkcell's data centers, team-building exercises, and guided tours of network towers.
