Founded with Atatürk's vision that "complete independence can only be possible through economic independence", İşbank celebrated its 99th anniversary on the 100th anniversary of our Republic, and İş Sanat, the umbrella subsidiary of the Bank that gathers the Bank's cultural and artistic activities, aimed to raise social awareness about the values of the Republic on its 100th anniversary not only with the strength we draw from the past, but also with our vision of the future, and to include the whole of Turkey in this celebration by adopting an enthusiastic and hopeful tone of celebration. In this direction, we have implemented a series of activities with the "Long Live the Republic" motto as of January  1st, 2023.

In line with the Bank of the Future vision and the "My Bank. Turkey's Bank" strategy, we prioritized protecting the values we have and leaving sustainable values to future centuries in the 100th anniversary of our Republic. We considered it our duty to add a milestone to the culture and arts heritage of our country and to bring it to all audiences, whether they are İşbank customers or not.

In this direction, by adopting an inclusive and accessible art approach, we have transformed our building, which is registered as a cultural property in need of protection and which served as the İşbank Beyoğlu Branch for many years, into a Painting and Sculpture Museum. We gifted our museum, which will exhibit the collection of artworks of İşbank, one of the largest and richest private collections in Turkey, to the future centuries of our Republic.

The 100th anniversary communication between İşbank and İş Sanat was not limited to the Painting and Sculpture Museum. At the beginning of 2023, the achievements of the first 15 years of the Republic were presented to the audience with thousands of original documents, objects, and photographs with the "Long Live the Republic!" exhibition simultaneously at the İşbank Museum and the Economic Independence Museum, where the Bank's corporate history is covered. The two exhibitions reached more than 500,000 visitors in total.

At the same time, another comprehensive milestone was added to the centenary enthusiasm with the "Looking to the Next Century with Ataturk's Vision" Conference, with the participation of Yuval Noah Harari, senior managers of our Bank, academics, archaeologists, and the Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey. While the visionary and nominal position of the bank was supported by the conference, the Long Live the Republic exhibition stood out as one of the projects that best describes the 100th anniversary of the culture and arts throughout the country.

Between 29 October 2023 and 31 December 2023, the Painting and Sculpture Museum reached a total of 43,123 visitors, with a daily average of 707 visitors.

All activities reached a total of 143,505,495 people with 4668 unique shares on social media and 2655 news in print, digital, and television.

According to the results of the Ipsos November 2023 Reputation Survey, we maintained our clear leadership among private banks in the relevant values: Having corporate principles (60), being well-established (67), respectful of values (61).

According to Future Bright Corporate Brand Health research, we maintained our leadership with an increase of +7 points in the value of "Supports culture and art projects" according to the comparison of the 2-3rd quarter of 2023.

In addition, we contributed to the increase in the related image values: Respected and reputable (+4), Bank of the Future (+5), It is the Bank I Can Call My Own (+6)
