UKFast has enjoyed 18 consecutive years of double-digit growth and recently doubled the size of its campus HQ in Manchester.

A quarter of UKFast’s profits are reinvested into R&D every year. The resulting innovations help them land customers – and retain existing ones. In 2017, 48% of UKFast’s revenue growth came from increased demand from existing customers, with 52% delivered through new client wins.

In the last two years, UKFast has launched four major new products:

-eCloud Flex for self service enterprise
-FastDesk, a new virtual desktop service, and
- ClearCloud, supporting public cloud offerings like AWS and Azure

In 2017, UKFast created two divisions - UKFast and UKFast Enterprise. With increased interest in the eCloud brand, Hybrid and Private cloud are substantial growth areas for the enterprise division.

“Our growth and retention demonstrates there is a need for our style of service. We don’t charge extra for bandwidth, processing power or for our outstanding support. We leave the surprise billing to our American friends! We offer an all-inclusive, no nonsense approach without hidden costs.”

And UKFast offers a strong alternative to some of the giant cloud providers. “Having UK data centres is extremely important. Our network and infrastructure are incredibly closely monitored and we guarantee that data won’t be held outside the UK.”Lawrence Jones
