Turk Telekom Mobile, Web Online Services enable customers to perform actions related to their mobile lines. Customers can reach their own account’s menu without any additional action by using a tablet, mobile phone or PC through a responsive page design. They can also find special financial and nonfinancial services. After login, customers have their own menu according to the customer segment.
Moreover, there are special offers for customers according to their segment as an additional feature after login. User can dial *952# to request a pin number to login to website which allows them to login easily and safely.
Customers can also use the guest menu without having to login. This menu includes bill payment, top ups, E-bill transactions.
