Transport for NSW leads the development of a safe, efficient, integrated transport system, we have 25,000 direct employees.
We are implementing an innovative Safety Learning and Engagement experience, "Looking out for Each Other", the objective to deliver a unified message and support our journey in strengthening our safe lead culture.
The experience begins with the Safety Means Film and supporting Conversation Guide which together successfully spark conversation about what “Looking out for each other” means to each person and how the small, everyday actions ensuring that all of us, our people, our customers and our community get home safely every day.
The film was launched by Tim Reardon, Secretary for Transport for NSW, in February with unprecedented success. It's people centred, natural, genuine and humorous creative has successfully engaged the hearts and minds of our people, sparking an avalanche of requests for a ‘training film’ and immediately increasing the number of conversations about safety. For the first time Transport for NSW has one message, for one team ‘I am looking out for you’ and our people are on the next part of our journey together.
