Mr. Chai Chaiyawan who came to changed and improved Thai Life Insurance Plc. organization structure and management, for fresh organization management and strategies to provide faster and new types of policies suitable for the economics of Thai people.

Mr. Chai was born on 14 January 1957, Graduated HND. Business Studies, West Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education Swansea, UK. Swansea, UK.B.A. Business Admin., Richmond University, UK. And Honorary Doctorate of Philosophy (Business Administration) Maejo University, Thailand. He started from the position of Assistant Chief of Investment. Prior to the responsible to took care of Human resource, Accounting, Administration, Branches management and Supervised Sales Agent respectively. Mr. Chai was appointed as the President in 2004 since then.

Thai Life Insurance driving the company to be “People Business” by giving priority to people in all aspects, including its customers, employees, partners, shareholders and society. As the Entrepreneur, Mr. Chai aims to push Thai Life Insurance to be the organizations of Soul (Spiritual Organization) with the marketing strategy of mental intelligence (Spiritual Marketing) to reach into the subconscious mind of the consumer. The consumers currently focusing on seeking truth and praise the brand that do well and appreciative of others. Any brand that can make these things will make consumers' passion, commitment, loyalty and faith in Brand.

The core of being the Spiritual Organization is an adjustment the attitude of personnel with an understand, sincerely and do not give up, instilled into the DNA of every person to have the caring, generosity, compassionate, trust, Sharing. Besides the skills, knowledge, and abilities, Thai Life Insurance’s employees must have the moral and ethics. Especially, the sales agents who have treated as a social engineer. Being Life Partner or Financial Partner who prompt to help, take care and understand customers.

Mr.Chai believes that “people” are the key factor in life insurance business. Life insurance business needs to be trusted thereby new vision of Thai Life Insurance is emphasized on the importance of people. He’s also believes that the company cannot work independently. We must have strong teamwork. He is an opinion leader and the spiritual center of employees that can stimulate and empower the employees to work.

As the Entrepreneurs in the sense of Mr. Chai, a good entrepreneur must have no greed, not seeking for Maximize Profit. If entrepreneurs are greedy, it's easy to do the wrong thing and the organization will be in risk situation which is just for achieve the maximum profit. Finally, organization will not be able to live a sustainable. He always said, to create sustainable profits, he cannot emphasize solely on growth; he must also focus on the company’s value paradigm. Thai Life Insurance is committed to optimize profits and return profits back to society in the form of corporate social responsibility. In creating profits, the company must maximize products and sales channels as well as put cost perspective into operation management in all areas

And aims to lead Thai Life Insurance Company stepping into the limelight of International Standards.

-Honor to receive the Executive of the Year 2017, Bronze Level from International Business Awards in United States of America.
-Honor to be the first Thai executive in the insurance industry for accepting a Stevie Award for Executive of the Year 2011 International Business Awards in United States of America.
