Say is a specialist healthcare and technology PR and digital communications agency. Joint-MD’s Louise Stewart-Muir and Stefi Rucci lead a talented pool of 23 consultants. Gross Billing increased to over £2.1m, delivering an increase in revenue per person of 7%, exceeding the average revenue per head of the top 150 agencies by 10%.
Say is ranked respectively 18th the UK PR Week Healthcare Agency League Tables.
In the Global rankings has moved up 4 places as a result of 29% growth in revenue.
Say saw an increase in sales invoice values of 10% indicating growth in the amount each client was billed per job.
Say continues to attract new business from Europe with growth in turnover from the EU of 15% in 2016 to 21% in 2017.

We strategically advise how, and which social channels will positively impact communications to secure a valuable and measured ROI.
2017 we developed and productised our own online crowdsourcing platform, and challenged parents to invent a tool to put nutritional guidelines for toddlers into practice.
2018 we developed a ‘dynamic data analytics dashboard’ to gain insight from data for client research, messaging and positioning.
Client Satisfaction Surveys measure client perceptions of the team and the agency; the quality of our strategic and creative thinking; programme delivery and outcomes. Results are analysed and benchmarked to enable us to constantly improve.
