Briefly describe this entry's communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 200 words):

From an obscure French surname in the 1930s to a current household Filipino brand, Cebuana Lhuillier has weathered historical and economic changes and remained strong and consistent, primarily because of the philosophies that every generation of the Lhuilliers used to steer the direction of the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies. From Henry Leon Lhuillier who started the business in the 1950s in Cebu, to Ambassador Philippe Jones Lhuillier who expanded the business first in Metro Manila and bullishly nationwide, and current President and CEO Jean Henri Lhuillier who maintains the market leadership status of the company, each of these three generations has their own leadership stories and corporate philosophy waiting to be told.

As such, a coffee table book that chronicles the story of how Cebuana Lhuillier started was made. The book served as the primary documentation and reference material of the corporate culture of the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies. Through the book, the company was able to identify the crucial elements necessary to make Cebuana Lhuillier relevant in the ever-changing business landscape. The culture build campaign of the company for 2016 owes its success to the corporate values, new and existing, that were identified through the book.
