Briefly describe this entry's communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 200 words).

Pfizer is one of the few pharmaceutical companies to have embraced integrated reporting. In 2016, Pfizer set out to create an online integrated report that clearly articulated the company’s strategy, governance, behavior and performance across financial, social and environmental areas. We created a content strategy that demonstrated the large-scale impact Pfizer has on public health around the world through the human-driven theme of “Accelerating Patient Impact.” To bring this content strategy to life, we created four case studies for the report’s home page: 1) Pfizer’s use of technology and innovation to advance patient care, 2) transforming the delivery of high quality products, 3) employing a breadth of resources to improve global health and 4) utilizing partnerships to tackle non-communicable diseases. To make the report engaging, we developed four complementary videos that augmented the case study content and brought the theme to life.

In the first 30 days of the Annual Review launch, the website received significant engagement with 59,000+ total page views, 11,500+ total visits and 10,500+ unique visitors. Additionally, the average user spent approximately 10 minutes on the website.
