Developed in 2014, Ooredoo Oman’s app caters to all with state-of-the-art functionality and provides the ability to monitor consumption in real-time, and special promotional opportunities as well pre-sale offers – through the highly interactive user-interface. Customers can use the app to receive simple breakdowns of outstanding bills, upgrade their data plans and make payments through secure channels.

The application continued to surge in popularity, reaching a total of over 350,000 users in May 2017. The complimentary service, redesigned and revamped in January, has added another dimension of value to customers by creating a go-to destination for service management and customer care.

The Ooredoo Oman app was designed to be a gateway to digital-led data services. We are putting customers in firm control of their usage and enabling them with convenient access to our full host of services at all times.

The smart solution allows users to seamlessly make transactions, manage multiple phone numbers under one account and access the benefits of the Nojoom loyalty programme.
