LLORENTE & CUENCA is the leading reputation, communication and public affairs management consultancy firm in Latin America, Spain and Portugal. Over the course of 23 years, its team of 513 professionals, 20 of them partners, has worked each day for a better society through honest, intelligent, innovative and effective communication. This is because we’re convinced that this is the best road to creating trust and understanding among people, companies and institutions and help them find solutions to the challenges they face.
We are the only Spanish communication company ranked in the top 50 of the most important in the sector: number 44 worldwide in terms of revenues according to Global Agency Business Report 2018 and PRWeek, and placed 49th in the 2018 Global Ranking produced by The Homes Report.
In 2017, we took a firm step in our Latin America expansion policy by completing our affiliate network in the Southern Cone with the most renowned and established communication consulting firms in Bolivia -Rodriguez & Baudoin- and Uruguay -QUATROMANOS-. Our affiliates have access to our know-how and expertise in order to increase the services and products they offer and, thus, meet their clients’ new needs.
Three of our offices will be celebrating their 20th and 10th anniversaries this year. They’re the pioneers in Peru and Argentina, which are celebrating 20 years in the business. During this time, they have positioned themselves as number ones. Our office in Brazil is celebrating 10 years in the business as one of the top 15 firms.

-The Crisis area has worked on designing two different solutions: SOS Works and ERICiber, which aim to minimize the possibility of reputational damage caused by a business crisis.

-Current events in politics and the economy are creating an information overload. At LLORENTE & CUENCA, we’d like to help our clients prioritize and interpret the most relevant aspects of current events. Therefore, we are offeringAnalys-in, our all-new subscription-based mobile channel for high-level political and economic analysis.
-The Consumer Engagement area has successfully implemented a new line of business to continue helping our clients create differentiation in the eyes of consumers and employees. The Emblematic Stories solution activates our methodological discourse to help our clients discover the best territories of conversation for their communication strategy.
-With the experience of the Digital and Organizations and People teams, in collaboration with our technology partner Internet República, we launched our PEOPLE by LLORENTE & CUENCA solution - an employee advocacy program that encourages, organizes and monitors the participation of social media collaborators to make them company ambassadors.
-The CSR and Corporate Foundations area has made progress on the development of solutions that can transmit responsible business results by effectively communicating them to different stakeholders in line with the SROI (Social Return on Investment) method.
Our commitment to quality has been a constant for our leadership and knowledge generation center, Developing Ideas. More than 40 publications and studies, 4 regional reports, 3 editions of UNO magazine and the book Reputation and Added Value, which covers all the knowledge generated in 2016, were produced in 2017. Likewise, we began a new series of books (Challenges) in 2018, which will offer an in-depth look at the challenges facing CEO within organizations today.
And the evolution of the LLORENTE & CUENCA Foundation throughout its first year is worth emphasizing. More than twenty projects and initiatives have been implemented with more than 256 volunteers registered (50% of the workforce) and more than 40 collaboration opportunities with associations.
