As a natural-born and fearless leader, it’s no surprise that Nicole Sahin has led her company, Globalization Partners, to achieve a staggering amount of growth and gain numerous accolades within the past year. 2016 was a milestone year for Sahin and her company—and 2017 is already one for the books.

Globalization Partners empowers organizations to hire the most talented people worldwide without needing to set up an entity in each country. The organization is transforming the way companies hire globally by cutting the cost of international expansion by as much as 94 percent, reducing time to onboard a new employee from months to days and turning international payroll and HR management into a fast and easy process.
