Under Matt Barrie’s leadership as Chief Executive Officer, Freelancer.com delivered record financial results for 2017: the company registered a revenue of $50.3million, with Gross Payment Volume of $588 million, Operating EBITDA also closed at $-3.7million, with Operating Net Profit, of $-3.8million.

Freelancer.com launched Freelancer Enterprise in Dec 2017, enabling large organisations to flexibly scale their workforce in real-time with tailor-made features that provide transparency, control, talent management and compliance, together with the ability to scale adoption across the organization.

Freelancer.com ? also announced the release of the ?Freelancer AP?I in December 2017, bringing a direct and easy connection between man and machine. People can use the Freelancer API to access a cloud workforce of skilled freelancers from their website, app or software. It allows software for the first time to send complex tasks such as real engineering or problem solving to humans, retrieve the results, and pay for the completed work.
