As a sportsman, Doron J. Fetman more than anyone knows that experience with strategy and teamwork breeds success. With an organic and sharp business acumen right from the get go, Doron began his journey of entrepreneurship as a day trader in the 90’s while taking his family’s restaurant business to greater heights. His successful expansion and maintenance of the family business in his early 20’s was his first successful initiative as an entrepreneur and he knew there was no going back ever since.
Expanding his reach within the food industry, in 2003 Doron co-founded a brand of widely successful Kosher food concession stands across the country’s largest sports stadiums, which previously never served any Kosher or Halal food to live sports attendees. His successful exit led to his next endeavor in 2006 when Doron co-founded what is now a widely used NASA licensed technology to heat up frozen food in under sixty seconds from a vending machine. This technology enabled the wide distribution of sophisticated vending machines around the United States. Whether it was technology or food & beverage retail, a relentlessly ambitious Doron diagnosed his target market’s pain point, found an opportunity, applied the science, and strategically catered to the demand of millions of consumers. His foresight and vision helped expand the Kosher vending industry to over 1,500 locations in less than a year including airports, shopping centers, hospitals, universities, amusement parks and stadiums.
But the serial entrepreneur’s achievements weren’t just limited to the food industry. With an eye for innovative business solutions, Doron was also an independent consultant who helped high profile clients launch both consumer and digital products to market not just in the United States, but around the world. He traveled across the Pacific and launched innovative products from regions including Hong Kong, China and Australia into North American markets, jumping on trends long before anyone caught wind of them. His foresight and entrepreneurial spirit catalyzed the success of several internationally franchised products and the numbers spoke for themselves.
Soon enough, he realized that his sharp business acumen, strategic approach and calculated execution would seek its fullest potential when implemented with vertically integrated creative services. He realized that services such as design, development and marketing cannot be effective in and of themselves. Instead, they must be cohesively tied with an evidence based strategy and founded Eff Creative Group - what is today an internationally renowned, award winning vertically integrated creative agency that provides a multitude of services to their clients both in the digital and consumer product space based in Times Square, New York. Fintech, Fashion, Health & Wellness, Food & Beverage and Celebrity are just a few of the industries through which Eff Creative spreads its magic. From consumer product launches to digital platform development to social campaigns that hold global resonance, there is little Doron and his team aren’t able to do. By 2017, Eff Creative Group saw exponential growth, ranking #403 on the prestigious Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies.
While the agency continued to win fourteen awards throughout the year for multiple services, Doron’s 20-20 vision saw something bigger. In the summer of 2017, Eff Creative Group began to set up its sister office, Eff Creative PTE, LTD in Singapore, currently a powerful test bed of fintech products and creative campaigns aptly named “The City of the Future.” The Singapore office is set to launch in Summer of 2018.
Constantly going back to his sporting roots, Doron knows that his game of innovation and entrepreneurship is only just getting started. He currently lives in New York and can be found coaching any of his 4 children’s sports leagues when he’s on a break from coaching his diverse team in creating state-of-the-art products for elite clients.
