Steps of Domino’s Her Yerde Project;

One Click Order process: It gives customer opportunity to save their orders (last or within the previous orders) and update the one click order records whenever they want. After they had an one click order; they will click one button and in 5 seconds the order will delivered to Domino’s restaurants.

Location selector through google maps: While customers create their first order or update their delivery addresses; all they need to do is to give permission for location sharing and save the address.

Online Payment with MasterCard Systems: When it comes to decide what type of payment method is suitable for the customer; if he/she would like to pay online and don’t spend time by entering credit card information in every ordering experience, it is enough to check “save my credit card” for the next transactions. Next time; the payment is done automatically.

One Click through Facebook Messenger Chat: Our customer likes to spend time on Facebook like the rest of the world. While surfing on Facebook, let’s give her/a chance for ordering through Domino’s Facebook messenger chat bot. When the customer starts a chat with Domino’s Pizza Turkiye, all one-click orders show on the chat balloon and again with one click the order is delivered to Domino’s restaurants

Pizza Tracker with push notifications: After order is delivered to restaurant, customer can track its order on mobile site, mobile apps and apple watches. If you are hungry it means you don’t have a patience for waiting. Based on this we come up with the idea of sending customers push notifications while order has started to be made, has been on the way and has been delivered.

Kiosk Ordering: Customers can order through kiosk located to stores when they are in hurry. By doing that, customers will have a communication gate with Domino’s Pizza after ordering such as hot deals, etc.
