Since its founding in 1998, digitalDigm has delivered integrated digital marketing services ranging from the establishment of e-Business to digital ads to help our customers meet their marketing objectives in this ever-changing digital paradigm. digitalDigm provides integrated digital marketing services that include consulting, implementation, and management of various e-businesses (websites, Web SI, mobile, social media), and digital advertisement. Unlike other agencies that have a small pool of employees for certain fields and the rest working as outsourced contractors, digitalDigm has a wealth of experts that specialize in each field, working as a team and creating synergy. digitalDigm’s strength lies not only in being able to elaborately practice its knowhow related to the digital field, but also in integrating its full potential harmoniously within a single organization. digitalDigm’s aim is to achieve a “tangible performance” that our customers can actually acknowledge, and to achieve much more than our customers’ goals. We are proud of our ‘5D process’, which can enhance work performances and address problems effectively. We follow the manual as follows--Discover, Define, Design, Delivery, Develop+∝. At the first step--‘Discover’--we research and analyze the project through client interview, consumer interview, research marketing directions, and so on. At the second step--‘Define’--we make site developing direction definitions, information architecture, and online advertising planning through defining visual concepts. The third step of ‘Design’, based on the previous step, is the design of the interface and establishment of a prototype. The fourth step--‘Delivery’--is for supplementation and evaluation. We proceed then to the final examination and documentation.
