Briefly describe this entry's communications objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 200 words):

Main Problem : We asked as 'How might we improve the experience of welcome process & receiving documents from us?' Because customers received generic e-mails about their policies and some struggled to access or understand it later.Also, we were aware that people don’t pay attention to e-mails sent by companies.

Solution: So, we decided to make a personalized welcome video contains name of the product, coverages, additional benefits, total price, payment plan (the months for installment), policy validity date, contact information (website, call center, social media and blog) to increase the customer engagement by ensuring that videos are more simple and easy to use.

Initial Result : According to post- surveys, customers are pleasured to be informed about every detail of their policy by the personalized video and they feel precious when they are greeted with their names. We got very satisfied testimonials from our customers as well as the inbound calls about the policy and welcome process has decreased considerably on our Customer Service end.
