CallidusCloud’s Website helps customers locate the right sets of solutions for their needs across the 18-product Lead to Money suite. The site serves as a hub for information, and includes a resource center designed to help educate customers and potential customers in order to deepen their relationship with CallidusCloud. The suite grew from 12 to 19 products in 2016, and the website was redesigned not just to accommodate the new products but also to orient browsing around customer problems and needs as well. The website allows visitors to gain a rapid understanding of the Lead to Money suite concept, then allows them to explore specific products within the suite in-depth.
Over 639,000 visitors came to the site in 2016 (up from 330,000 in 2015), and three-quarters were new visitors (vs. two-thirds in 2015). Wesbite touches alone contributed an incredible $180,250,000 to pipeline in 2016, with $46,000,000 in pipeline directly attributed to the website. 2016 saw 59% growth in website pipeline, 380.60% growth in website leads, and 94% growth in website visitors.
The site was instrumental in CallidusCloud’s 31 percent SaaS growth and 19 percent overall revenue growth in 2016.
