Every year, BGRS surveys global organizations to explore an issue affecting talent mobility. In 2017, the 22nd issue of the Talent Mobility Trends Survey assessed the scale of transformation sweeping through human resources functions.

BGRS’s current and prospective clients, leaders of talent mobility functions in Fortune 500 organizations, are enabling their companies to leverage human capital across borders. Prior to the survey launch, many of these clients reported embarking on their own transformation journeys and looking for information about how their peers approach similar initiatives.

BGRS surveyed the market and published responses from 124 global organizations, representing over 12 million employees worldwide, and four corporate case scenarios on a dedicated microsite http: //www.bgrs.com/survey . The results confirmed strong momentum: 85% report making changes; of those 58% are carrying out large-scale transformation projects. Talent mobility leaders are transforming mobility with a new sense of purpose - 63% indicate that employee mobility is high on their organizations’ senior leadership agenda.
