AIS has continued to build on its 25+year history of innovation and leadership as a multi-award winning leader in the design and manufacture of water disinfection technology for fresh, mineral and salt water swimming pools. Specifically, AIS has achieved:

ONGOING INNOVATION:

AIS’ commitment to continual innovation is through all aspects of AIS’ business. Some examples include:

New products and R&D: AIS just released to mass production the revolutionary new EcoLine Residential – a premium chlorine generator for freshwater swimming pools. After seven years in the making and using the same, multi-award winning technology that is already operating in luxury resorts, water parks and competition pools worldwide, AIS has brought the benefits of EcoLine to the home pool owners, creating a swimming experience that is gentler on people, property and the planet (compared to standard chlorine or salt water pools). While other companies are searching for innovative ideas, AIS, using in-house R&D team skills is already working on a new product development to reaffirm its market-leader position.


Staff upskilling: Restructuring business so each employee is skilled in at least two business areas, and participates in the processes and development of those areas.

Increased gender equity and multiculturalism: Investing in leadership programs to empower and promote women; continuing to acknowledge and celebrate the 14 different cultures that make up AIS workforce.

Many of AIS’ competitors remain in ‘status quo’ mode - AIS is bucking the trend. AIS is breaking down the traditionally male-dominated water disinfection barriers.

A NEW 1900m2 PRODUCTION FACILITY:

AIS opened its new production facility to house AIS’s expanded commercial production and R&D departments. The new facility allows AIS to triple production capacity and create more jobs. A fourth production facility is in progress.

AIS is keeping production in Australia - bucking the trend of other (competitor) companies reducing Australian footprints and/or outsourcing manufacturing offshore.

SECURED PRESTIGIOUS CONTRACTS:

AIS secured high profile contracts including AIS’ EcoLine commercial technology specified for the competition swimming pools at the Malaysia National Aquatic Centre - venue for KL 2017 (Kuala Lumpur 29th Southeast Asian Games). Also, secured a large school pools contract in Australia along with various other municipal contracts.

International facilities often use ‘local’ disinfection options. AIS’ reputation for excellence is recognised worldwide.

SECURED SIGNIFICANT MEDIA COVERAGE & AWARDS:

Significant industry related media coverage for both the company’s and AIS CEO’s’ achievements - further cementing AIS’ reputation as an innovative, progressive company and industry leader.
AIS CEO won the Community Awareness Champion Award at the high profile fundraising event, Dancing CEOs . Her creative and innovative campaign raised $23,472 to assist women and families affected by domestic violence...

Trade Show and Conference, Australia; Water Quality Education Seminar, Aquatic Leisure Facilities Association, Australia; Australian Swim School Association and Swim Disability Conferences; International Women’s Day Breakfast, Australia.

VIP MEET & GREETS:

AIS CEO Elena Gosse met Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and discussed support for Australian manufacturers. AIS hosted a tour of its facilities by the Hon Julie Bishop MP (Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs).
