Amy Inlow is the CMO of Albert Technologies ltd, and was responsible for the 2016 launch of the company’s signature AI marketing solution, Albert.

Amy set a strict goal of being first to market – being sure to enter ahead of competitors with in-progress AI solutions – and designed a three-tier go-to-market plan to do so.

The first step in Amy’s plan was to team up with industry analysts to determine where Albert fit within the existing marketing tech landscape. Based on their work and shared enthusiasm for Albert, the analysts agreed that Albert would define an entirely new category: AI Marketing.

Next, Amy and the PR team got to work to setting up product demos with national news outlets and trade publications. Leading up to launch, they secured 16 briefings with outlets, such as the New York Times, TechCrunch, Adweek, AdExchanger, Marketing Land, digiday, DMN, and eMarketer.

Albert then co-hosted a launch event with Harley-Davidson, attended by media from outlets including, Entrepreneur, Adweek, Vice, Motherboard, CNet, The Street, Practical eCommerce, and The Rider’s Guide.

Albert (then “Adgorithms”) was additionally named one of Deloitte’s Tech 500 winners and has won two platinum awards in the 2016 MarCom Awards for Albert, in addition to numerous other awards for technological innovation.

Finally, Amy relied on Albert to run a cross-channel digital campaign using its own technology. The goal was to identify and generate leads to fill the sales pipeline. The campaign consisted of both direct and general brand awareness oriented campaigns and leveraged the content she and her team had created to define a new category and educate the marketplace about its benefits.

Amy’s launch plan worked as planned, and has generated great success for the company. Several big name brands have come inbound as a result of the campaign and the pipeline is shaping up nicely. Albert now works with 100+ clients – more than any other AI business solution on the market – including Harley-Davidson, Dole,, Cosabella, EVISU and more. Amy’s marketing efforts have generated so many leads for Albert that they – just like their clients – are having trouble keeping up.

Amy led Albert to not only be first to market, but to pioneer the entrance of artificial intelligence into the marketing world. Amy knew that being first to market would generate a significant business advantage, but would also come with the challenge of educating the existing market. She readily took on this challenge and has led Albert to be one of the most vocal companies in the AI marketing space according to Gartner.

Amy’s marketing work has not only softened the market for Albert, but has provided brands with the context they need to make informed decisions about adopting AI, and opened the category up to other companies who are slowly emerging to compete (or try to) with Albert.
