This video was an answer to a business problem: how do you tell and sell every bit of your technology offering: the features, benefits, value proposition, use cases and brand values, in a package that people will actually watch? And there's lots to pack in!

Vend is retail software that transforms businesses. It's a complex product, and although feature-rich, it's beautifully and intuitively designed and comes backed by friendly, award-winning support.

We wanted to communicate everything the app can do and capture the brand feel of the company that's friendly, approachable and memorable. And most of all this had to happen in less than 2 minutes.

Our answer was to make a video with smiles, colour, charm and energy -but nothing getting in the way of how it transforms businesses. We identified 5 main factors and proved them, fast.

The results have been huge! People that view the video on our website are twice as likely to request a demo and take a trial. It was also the heart of a re-engagement campaign for old leads. We were able to communicate how Vend has progressed in an engaging way, leading to 200 trials. And all for a $5000 internal production.
