Our platform empowers digital media owners to effectively manage and monetize their video ad inventory across formats and transaction models. SpotX’s Demand Facilitation function helps connect those customers with advertisers and agencies across an increasingly complex media landscape. Overall, Sean was instrumental in driving total business through the platform well into nine figures representing a 33% YoY increase, and throughout the year, SpotX was consistently named the largest video platform in the United States by independent ranking authority comScore.

Sean’s leadership goes well beyond revenue results, paving the way for personal and professional growth for individual members of his team as well. The restructuring created a path to leadership for high-performing team members, many of whom have advanced their careers significantly and are now operating at senior leadership levels. Overall, Sean’s team accounted for 14% of SpotX’s total hires in 2016.
