Scout is diligent about updating our website every other week, auditing every aspect of our content — from new customer testimonials, news releases, new partner integrations, clickable demo’s on how to navigate and use our product to case studies and more. Our team thoroughly updates our site to stay current, surpassing industry standards.
Briefly describe this site’s objectives and how it has met those objectives to date (up to 200 words):
We recently rebranded our website by revamping our existing content and developing engaging content that provides clear information to prospective customers.
As 70% of talent acquisition leaders are pet owners, we used our model, Manu, to represent Scout and created a brand that resonates with customers. Once we had chosen our imagery, we addressed our content and created a streamlined, informative website with clickable demo videos, allowing prospects to experience Scout’s integration. The new website launched at the end of July, increasing website visits from an average of 3,000 visits per month to over 5,000 visits per month.
As our product works differently for customers on different sides of the industry — search firms use Scout one way, and employer companies another — we decided to use a moving image of our dog Scout to lead prospective companies to the pertinent sections of our site. This movement and branding are present throughout the Scout website.
The newly launched website continues to engage current customers, inbound leads, and industry players. As Scout grows and develops, we will continually polish our brand — and shake up the HR Technology world!
