PMK•BNC has had a busy year with client Samsung Mobile, helping launch Samsung 837 – the brand’s innovative new experiential flagship in NY. PMK•BNC’s Experiential, PR, Influencer and Measurement teams joined forces to bring VIP Media and guests the Samsung technology experienced firsthand. We helped secure and coordinate several industry events at the tech-immersing experiential hub, including multiple screenings for Academy Awards-nominated films, industry events, launch parties, livestreams of top festivals/cultural events and more.

Additionally, PMK•BNC was instrumental in Samsung’s partnership with Suicide Squad – one of the most anticipated films of 2016. We facilitated original Suicide Squad VR and behind-the-scenes content powered exclusively by Samsung technology and were tasked with bringing Suicide Squad to life through immersive themed experiences leading up to the film’s US release, including at Comic-Con, the World Premiere and official premiere after-party. The Samsung x Suicide Squad partnership was hailed Best Campaign of the Year and Entertainment Campaign at the DMN Awards.

Our Activision/influencer teams brought star power and media attention over Labor Day weekend to Call of Duty XP, the largest fan festival for Call of Duty gaming enthusiasts ever held. 10,000+ consumers and 400 press/influencers converged in LA over four days to witness the Call of Duty World League Championships and theme-park-esque interactive experiences. Celebrity and athlete fans attended, including Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, Marshawn "BeastMode" Lynch, and more. PMK•BNC orchestrated on-site interviews and live broadcast hits with local stations. In addition, we helped launch Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Skylanders Imaginators, as well as the TV debut of Activision Blizzard Studios' first production, Skylander's Academy.

We expanded our scope of work with PepsiCo for various product lines in 2016, including helping to launch 1893 from the Makers of Pepsi-Cola and steered PR for the announcement of 1893’s partnership with the world-renowned Caesars Palace in Las Vegas to celebrate its 50th anniversary. PMK•BNC’s digital arm, VOWEL worked with PepsiCo to produce a three-part video series in support of the launch, with one in an MTV VMA’s commercial.

PMK•BNC led 22 journalists overseas to Schiedam, Holland to celebrate the 325th anniversary of the Nolet Family Distillery – home to client Ketel One Vodka. For three days, guests were treated to Ketel One Vodka cocktails and an authentic Dutch experience through cultural activities, dining and bar crawls. The itinerary included a private boat cruise along Amsterdam’s iconic canals, epicurean feasts at contemporary restaurants, a nightlife tour of Amsterdam’s most exclusive cocktail locations and an all-access tour of the Nolet Family Distillery.

We helped Audi host its first-ever women's-only track day in NY and LA featuring the 2017 Audi R8 Coupe. Additionally, we facilitated Audi to arrange for a 2017 Q7 to rescue a stranded couple in Nevada when their car broke down en route to their Seattle wedding. PMK•BNC flagged the story and leveraged the opportunity to share the power of social media by securing national press coverage.

Since January 2016, PMK•BNC has received 40+ industry awards/honorable mentions, including Gold American Business Awards for Public Relations Agency of the Year and Marketing Agency of the Year, as well as honorable mentions for PR News’ Platinum PR Awards’ Midsize PR Firm of the Year and The Holmes Report’s North America PR Agencies of the Year (Creative Agency). -Drove hype for the Pepsi Zero Sugar Super Bowl LI Halftime Show, built buzz surrounding the limited return of 90’s favorite Crystal Pepsi and the opening of Pepsi Kola House in NY’s Meatpacking District.
-Retained AOR for Audi, bringing fleets of new vehicle models to chauffeur at industry events surrounding Emmy Awards, Golden Globes, Captain America: Civil War World Premiere, etc.
-VOWEL initiated a digital influencer program for The Audi Player Index Soccer Pickup Match at Chelsea Piers NYC.
-Led campaigns for 15 of awards season’s most acclaimed films.
-In spring '16, PMK•BNC brought Prime PR into the fold, absorbing the firm's principals/staff into our Entertainment Division. Clients brought were talent, television/film producers, creators/showrunners, writers, directors & thought leaders.
-PMK•BNC’s LA anchor joined the sprawling Century City skyline in December. Our innovative office space spans four floors (60k square feet) in a LEED-certified building, boasts various amenities & promotes creativity/collaboration.
