Nasdaq IR Insight® was launched in January 2016 as a software solution to provide investor relations professionals with an end-to-end platform to successfully manage their investor relations efforts globally. Developed from the ground up, by and for investor relations officers (IROs), the platform seamlessly captures the investor relations workstream and provides intuitive user functions that enable IR professionals to improve data intelligence and enhance their decision making process.

IROs at public or private companies lead the internal and external efforts of communicating a company’s financial strategy, its stock price (if shares are listed), financial stability, and progress. This management role combines finance, communications, marketing and compliance to facilitate efficient communication between the company, Wall Street’s buy- and sell-side analysts and the company’s shareholders.

Since its launch, Nasdaq IR Insight has continued to evolve and has seen the integration of more than 500 new features and enhancements to ensure that users benefit from the most comprehensive integrative IR workflow solution available.

The integrated platform provides users with the ability to monitor, connect, measure and work smarter all from a single dashboard.

The platform also facilitates investor targeting with insight into the drivers behind trading decisions and profiles on institutional investors. To monitor and analyze the markets in real time, users can zero in on the key factors impacting a company's stock with a customized, at-a-glance dashboard, with click through navigation for greater insights on key data points.

For greater efficiency, users can monitor outreach efforts and plan investor meetings using Nasdaq IR Insight's contact management system. This one-step content management system is available directly on a user’s desktop where they can easily drag and drop contacts into an itinerary to automatically create events through the platform’s intuitive planner. Events can then be grouped by creating custom tags for filtering and reporting, and are seamlessly synched with Microsoft Outlook; they are also accessible on mobile devices.

Nasdaq IR Insight also offers users access to premium content from Nasdaq’s Advisory Services team – industry specialists who assist Nasdaq’s clients with proprietary views on share ownership, understanding shareholder behavior, and trading activity – right from the dashboard, as well as premium content directly from the peer activity screen.

In addition to access to third-party content, users are provided with the key functionality of Microsoft Office. Not only can users synchronize workflow and leverage data from the platform with Microsoft Excel for easy manipulation and modeling, but they are also able to sync Microsoft Outlook calendars with Nasdaq IR Insight’s content management system to ensure that all meetings are tracked and measured. Similarly, users can access the platform and any information they need, at any time, from anywhere, on any device.
