Briefly describe this site’s objectives and how it has met those objectives to date (up to 200 words):

Redesigning the MosaicGroup.com website involved differentiating the company from the many insurance agencies throughout North Carolina. This meant presenting Mosaic Group not just as a general agency that sells insurance like life, accident and dental, but where other agents who sell benefit packages can have personalized, superior service along with access to a portfolio of offerings from leading carriers. The new website needed to convey this personal relationship. The common thread between Mosaic Group, the agents who sell their products, customers and loved ones, and employers and their employees is the concept of being and working “together.”

The website:

• Uses everyday language rather than business-speak
• Guides viewers with simple, straightforward descriptions of what each product is, who should consider it, key benefits, and other important information
• Directs viewers to a specific contact person, based on their location in North Carolina and type of plan selected

The entire experience is designed so agents, employers and individuals understand that “Together is where good things happen.” The website has had over 23,000 page views since launching August 2016. Met with overwhelming approval, agents love having a direct contact and see the site as an important tool to help them present information clearly.
