Busy retail and restaurant franchisees know they need to invest in local store marketing, but often lack the knowledge or time to create truly influential campaigns. While corporate spends marketing dollars on their behalf, franchisees have little control over driving traffic to their specific location.

Powered by Buxton, the industry leader in customer analytics, LSMx is a web-based mobile app that allows franchisees and small business owners to see their best potential customers on a map, select who they want to target, and send marketing messages via Facebook, Google search, email, banner ads, and direct mail. LSMx also provides insights into upcoming local events and competitor locations to further improve campaign targeting and messaging. All targeting, ad design, and campaign execution is managed directly from the app through a series of simple steps and user-friendly templates.

LSMx was launched for the restaurant industry in the Dallas/Fort Worth market in November 2016. Retail/service categories were added to the app in January 2017, and promotion in additional top U.S. markets is scheduled to occur in early 2017. Marketing efforts are currently focused on brand awareness and driving free trial registrations.
