Tell the story about this nominated product or service (up to 650 words). Describe its function, features, benefits, and performance to date:
One decision can change the profitability of your business. Just one. That’s been the case, and still is. And Enquiron is still helping employers, no matter the size, location, or industry encounter HR, employment law, health care and retirement matters on a frequent basis.
With access to unique and specific compliance resources, tools, and advice, Enquiron® equips businesses with the information to navigate employee and employer challenges and to understand continuously changing regulations. This service ultimately helps employers focus on doing what they do best.
Employers access our solution through their sponsoring organization (typically an insurance carrier, health plan, broker, advisor, recordkeeper, etc.), where they are able to receive unlimited legal advice in employment law, health care, retirement and other concentration areas. Employers save tens of thousands of dollars annually by asking questions to our experienced attorney team.
Each member of this dedicated attorney team has nearly 10 years of practice as a licensed attorney, having been trained at the top American law schools. We added another team member this year to build on our prior talent in August 2016 to provide ERISA advice for Primum (our retirement product) and Intellexus (our health care product), develop ERISA content, and provide business development support in prospecting efforts. This new member brings years of experience to our bench, includes significant achievements with the U.S. Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration, and more.
Our solution is mobile-friendly and is available anytime, anywhere, on a range of devices. Employers can choose to submit questions electronically or even speak directly with an attorney on the phone. Our system allows us to capture, monitor and respond to employers questions with our patented solution. (U.S. patent #7,464,045 B2)
Not only do employers have unlimited access to our attorneys for specific advice, but they also have access to legal content as well. We’ve added a variety of content over the past year, including Violence Prevention and a Discrimination and Sensitivity training. This is hosted on Litmos by Callidus Cloud, an award winning Learning Management platform where we host our proprietary training courses.
Our webinar panel has also expanded to include another member of our attorney team, to deliver monthly HRCI approved webinars on a variety of topics, including wage and hour, FMLA, interviewing tips, and more. We use On24 to track attendees to ensure proper certification is awarded to those in attendance for the proper duration. We also include a live Q&A, along with social media and sharing features to promote as much collaboration as possible. One of our most popular webinars this year focused on FLSA and Overtime regulations and updates. We also developed a timely interactive infographic tool focused on FLSA to help support this session.
Our content team has over 25 years of Human Resources experience. They research and write HR alerts, questions of the month, podcasts, state and federal resources, policies and procedures, best practices guides, and webinars, as well as curating this content to ensure employers find exactly what they need using our targeted search functionality.
Most recently, we’ve enhanced our “What Are You Doing Today” feature, which provides curated, targeted content that will help employers accomplish what they are working on – today. Employers can find exactly what they need by clicking on an activity that describes what’s on their to-do list.
Our content management system has also been upgraded to automatically send out timely alerts to organizations based off their state location so that they receive information that is pertinent to them exactly when they need it.
Employers, and their sponsoring organizations consistently tell us that they are able to save a ton of time and money. Sponsoring organizations have been able to retain current business and win new business solely by offering Enquiron’s legal solution. We want to help organizations focus on their core business objectives every day. If they’re successful, we are too.
