Looking back over a phenomenal 2016, DCR Workforce (DCR) has an impressive list of technological innovations to showcase. We’re paving the way in many industries by assisting clients to manage their contingent workforce and services procurement through Smart Track, an award-winning cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS).

Not only are we an industry leader with our technology, but we also provide exciting perks for our employees such as house cleaning services, health club memberships and foodie Fridays (hot breakfasts) plus in-house games and trophies for fun events; invite every single person to contribute improvements to our technology through the DCR idealab; participate in community service at the local food bank during work hours; and donate to worthy causes with fun events such as Red Nose Day or the walk for breast cancer.

Globalization - Smart Track’s globalization functionality was enhanced to allow clients to change any text anywhere in the system to localize it to their business units anywhere in the world. We’ve provided Smart Track in 16 languages, incorporated business rules to reflect regulations of various nations around the world and enhanced currency exchange.

Smart Track Mobile – Our full-featured mobile system that syncs with our web-based system is a true game-changer because it has single sign-on functionality, offers an identical user interface across all devices and provides a frustration-free experience.

Smart Track’s Innovative Features – VMS-specific features that go beyond just performing standard VMS operational functions include full chat functionality with complete vendor neutrality built in, voice-enabled requisition entry and reverse auction facilities.

Gamification – We introduced gamification to foster change management and reduce rogue spend, but quickly recognized that it also increased the data that’s poured into the system, which helps to create better comparisons and find gaps where improvements are needed. It’s still the only VMS with gamification.

DCR’s Smart Track has been evolving with never-ending innovation. Our extraordinary efforts led to numerous accolades.
