CSIOS Corporation (hereafter “CSIOS”), a Maryland based, Veteran–Owned and Small Disadvantaged Business is pleased to nominate its Cyberspace Operations Team (hereafter “COT”) for the "Information Technology Team of the Year" award.

Composed by Mr. Cesar Pie, Dr. Edmund Mitchell, Mr. Barry Cox, and Mr. Joseph Testerman, during 2017, CSIOS' COT harmoniously cooperated, coordinated, and collaborated to fully and successfully operationalize and certify its Cyber Integrated Management System (hereafter “CIMS”) under International Organization for Standardization (hereafter “ISO”) standards:

(1) ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System,
(2) ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011 Information Technology Service Management System,
(3) ISO 22301: 2012 Business Continuity Management System, and
(4) ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 Information Security Management System.

As described in each awarded certificate, the scope of CSIOS CIMS is to “Provision Cyberspace Operations (Defensive, Offensive, and Information Network Operations) and Cybersecurity services to U.S. Federal customers worldwide.”

CSIOS COT superior performance, distinctive accomplishment, unrelenting perseverance, and steadfast devotion is one of a kind. After one year of preparation, the COT successfully passed a pre-audit and a 2-stage final audit for each one of the above mentioned management systems. The results of their efforts have earned CSIOS the distinction of being the first and only certified Veteran–Owned and Small Disadvantaged Business provider of Cyberspace Operations and Cybersecurity services with quadruple ISO certifications. More importantly, the adherence to these ISO standards has established a new and higher level of confidence on both CSIOS Corporation and the Federal Government customers it serves; it simply ascertains the excellence of the Cyberspace and Cybersecurity services provisioned by CSIOS.

CSIOS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System demonstrates CSIOS ability to consistently provide Cyberspace Operations and Cybersecurity services that meet U.S. Federal customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements while enhancing customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity through its life cycle.

CSIOS ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011 Information Technology Service Management System demonstrates CSIOS ability to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve the Cyberspace Operations and Cybersecurity services it provisions.

CSIOS ISO 22301: 2012 Business Continuity Management System demonstrates CSIOS ability to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and continually improve a documented management system to protect against, reduce the likelihood of occurrence, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive incidents when they arise.

CSIOS ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 Information Security Management System demonstrates CSIOS ability for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving the cybersecurity of the U.S. Federal customers we support.

While the COT’s achievement has enhanced the reputation of CSIOS Corporation (CSIOS integrated CISM is now factually reputed, first-class, and globally recognized); it has, more importantly, generated clear and conclusive objective evidence that CSIOS operates at the highest level of technical standards. The COT’s actions distinctly reflect CSIOS ongoing pursuit of excellence for meeting customer expectations, delivering the highest quality services, building customer confidence, exceeding basic requirements, and striving to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

The CSIOS COT achieved the following key accomplishment during 2017:
-Fully and successfully implemented all technical and non-technical aspects of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011 Information Technology Service Management System, ISO 22301: 2012 Business Continuity Management System, and ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 Information Security Management System.
-Established training programs for ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 20000-1: 2011, ISO 22301: 2012, and ISO/IEC 27001: 2013.
-Educated and trained CSIOS employees to all ISO standards.
-Successfully completed a pre-audit (conducted by CSIOS Compliance Office) for each ISO standard.
-Successfully completed Stage 1 audit (conducted by PECB International an authorized ISO certification body) for each ISO standard.
-Successfully completed Stage 2 audit (conducted by PECB International an authorized ISO certification body) for each ISO standard.
-Successfully achieved quadruple ISO certification.
