Cindy Rudovich, a Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP), is Chief Sales Officer of Creative Lodging Solutions. She’s taken the company from its start-up stages to the experienced corporate travel partner it is today. As part of the company’s leadership team, Cindy assists in providing strategic direction for the organization and leads and coaches the sales team.
In 2016, Creative Lodging Solutions continued its trajectory of fast-paced growth as the sales team increased the client base by 21%. Creative Lodging Solutions reached another milestone in 2016 as sales revenue exceeded $144 million. Cindy has been instrumental in achieving a 42% CAGR since the company’s launch in 2002.
Cindy is a strategic thinker who leads the sales team in securing multi-million dollar accounts. She coached the sales team through diversifying their client portfolios in 2015 after forecasting a decline in travel needs from CLS’ largest client industry sector. After successfully transitioning into new industries, she led the sales team in stabilizing growth in 2016 and exploring new service enhancements that will provide more value to clients in the upcoming year.
In her coaching role, Cindy enjoys mentoring other employees in the company who have expressed an interest in moving into sales. She partners with the operational team on new client launches nationwide and worked closely with the marketing department to establish a new lead generation team to qualify leads. They plan to expand the lead gen team in 2017 due to its ongoing success over the last year. Cindy also worked with Learning and Development to create a new training curriculum for the sales team.
