Informed on Reform web meetings are the cornerstone of Cigna's reform B2B strategy, educating and engaging audiences on the latest regulatory information and insights about strategic implications of the law.

The webinars feature robust dialogue among the host and guests. Each event includes a presentation and Q&A. Topic-specific webinars are:

• Actionable – stakeholder implications, proactive solutions
• Timely – as the legislation takes effect, and/or is modified or delayed
• Interactive – live Q&A via phone and WebEx
• Consultative – insights for employer health plans and business

Since launching in 2010, the web meetings have attracted over 66,000 participants, with 6,225 attendees in 2015. Overall satisfaction averaged 91% for 2015. Replays are available on and generated 3,000+ page views last year. Webinars are also promoted .
