The Litmos mobile learning platform is an integral part of CallidusCloud’s Lead to Money suite that provides employees, external partners and customers with the ability to engage with interactive learning content on any device, at any time. Litmos was an important contributor to CallidusCloud’s successful 2016, which saw:

•Addition of 1,000 new customers
•31 percent SaaS growth and profitability despite low marketing and sales spend relative to peers
•Multiple awards and inclusion in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Sales Performance Management

The Litmos mobile learning platform provides the ability to package content and tools into courses, distribute them to learning audiences and track engagement and completion rates. It's used by companies as diverse as Marketwired, ServiceMax and Gigya for all kinds of training. The key to its success is its simplicity; as a result, it’s the world's most user-friendly, mobile-friendly solution for e-learning. The platform offers the option of developing rich interactive learning content or choosing it from prepackaged mobile-friendly courses.

The solution is now used in 150 countries and by over 4 million users, a 33 percent gain in users over 2016. The number of course modules completed more than doubled in 2016, up to 30 million modules from 2015 the year before, and over 25 percent of them were consumed outside of working hours. Litmos received more than 1 billion total API calls in 2016.

In 2016, Litmos also added virtual reality and robotic telepresence capabilities, allowing it to reach new audiences and find new applications.

In late 2016, Litmos earned top spot in G2 Crowd’s Best Software for HR Teams lists for both enterprise and mid-market HR teams. Litmos also won the gold award for Best Advance in Learning Management Technology in the 2016 Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards, along with a silver and a bronze award, and was named Best Cloud LMS in the eLearning Magazine Awards.
