BluePay continuously evaluates the payments ecosystem to stay at the forefront of technology and remain the preferred omnichannel merchant account provider. By increasing our product offerings, we’re able to help our merchants, partners, and financial institutions (FIs) attract more customers and grow their businesses. We deliver highly scalable, optimized solutions to meet our customers’ needs. Our technology is 100% developed in-house, never outsourced, by a team of 50+ IT resources. Having a dedicated direct technology team allows us to be fluid and agile, giving us the edge over our competition, who may not be able to add new technology as quickly as BluePay.
The BluePay Gateway has emerged as a top choice for merchants and suppliers of all types and sizes throughout the U.S. and Canada. Backed by the highest levels of security, our PCI-compliant gateway provides robust functionality that helps our merchants increase sales and streamline their business management processes. Being a secure omnichannel platform, the BluePay Gateway allows merchants to accept payments via the virtual terminal, e-commerce integration, retail POS, hosted payment or donation forms, mail/telephone order, IVR, and mobile. As a single-source provider, transactions across all channels are reported on the gateway to deliver robust reporting and simplify the reconciliation process.

*Not only does the BluePay Gateway accept typical forms of payment like credit, debit, and ACH, merchants can also accept alternative payments such as Apple Pay (in-app) and PayPal. In Q1 2017, new methods will include Apple Pay Online and Android Pay.
*Merchants accepting card-present EMV transactions on POS devices can process payments securely through the BluePay Gateway using a compatible NETePay application.
*In addition to BluePay-defined tokens, we have added the capability to offer customer-defined tokens based on merchant feedback. This lets a merchant use a custom identifier, rather than the transaction ID, to be sent as a token on transactions.
*BluePay offers over 380 software integrations for electronic payments through APIs and payment modules. This number continues to steadily grow. To support our mission of being a leader in frictionless payments, we have a dedicated integrations support team that works with developers and software companies to integrate payments into software used to run businesses in all verticals.
*For merchants using recurring billing or have card-on-file customers, BluePay offers an Account Updater to help our customers stay current with payment card updates (card number, expiration date, card brand, billing address) and maintain a seamless payment experience.
